Return Policy
We will accept returns of defective equipment with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery of goods, provided the condition of merchandise meets our requirements (see below). Defective equipment will be replaced with the identical model only. The customer must contact the manufacturer directly, after the initial 30 day period for warranty service.
We will accept returns of programmed remote controls for refunds, upgrades or downgrades with the following stipulations:
1. The condition of merchandise must meet our requirements (see below).
2. All non-defective returned products are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee.
3. Shipping is not refundable.
4. Special Orders are not refundable.
All Returns, whether defective or general, must meet our conditional requirements:
1. All merchandise must be in original, resalable state. No damage or visible signs of wear or use may be present.
2. All merchandise must be received in its original packaging, in its original resalable condition.
3. All included paperwork and manufacturer provided packaging must be intact.
4. An RMA number must accompany all returns.
Universal Remote Control Warranty
All Universal brand remote control devices purchased from Programmed Remotes.com (an authorized Universal dealer) are covered under the manufacturer's limited 1 Year Warranty. All defective devices will be replaced at no additional charge within the first 30 days by Programmed Remotes.Com, provided we are notified within 30 days of physical delivery of device, and that device is returned in acceptable condition (see above). Repairs and/or replacements of devices after the initial 30 day period are at the discression of the manufacturer. Please contact Universal Remote Controls, Inc. for specific warranty details.
Control4 Warranty
Most Control4 devices purchased from Programmed Remotes.com (an authorized Control4 dealer) are covered under the manufacturer's limited 2 Year Warranty. All defective devices will be replaced at no additional charge within the first 30 days by Programmed Remotes.Com, provided we are notified within 30 days of physical delivery of device, and that device is returned in acceptable condition (see above). Repairs and/or replacements of devices after the initial 30 day period are at the discression of the manufacturer. Please contact Control4, Inc. for specific warranty details.
Xtreme Cables Warranty
All Xtreme Cable devices purchased from Programmed Remotes.com are covered under the manufacturer's limited lifetime Warranty. All defective devices will be replaced at no additional charge within the first 30 days by Programmed Remotes.Com, provided we are notified within 30 days of physical delivery of device, and that device is returned in acceptable condition (see above). Repairs and/or replacements of devices after the initial 30 day period are at the discression of the manufacturer. Please contact Xtreme Cables, Inc. for specific warranty details.
